Meet Jasmine, a beautiful Maine Coon who is still growing and needed plenty of room to climb, explore, and relax.
When Lorraine and Andrew first contacted us, they loved the look of some of our larger cat frames, including Royal Mews and Coco's Palace. However, living further away meant delivery costs would be higher, so they started browsing through the hundreds of customer photos on our website looking for alternatives.
That's when they spotted a frame called Misses Den and asked if we could build one and send it to them.
The answer was simple... yes!

Meet Finlay, the wobbly cat! 🐾
We loved getting this email from his owner, Nicola. She told us Finlay has mild CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). But being a bit wobbly doesn’t stop him from wanting to explore and climb just like any other cat!

liked our 3-tier cat frame, but the top level was a bit too small. She wanted
something wider to give Finlay extra room for safe landings. She liked the
width of our 4-tier model, but that would be too high for him.
Our solution? We built a custom frame! We removed the top level from the taller design and added protective lipping to the new, wider top platform to keep him safe while rolling around.
As you can see from the photo, today is Finlay’s 9th Gotcha Day! 🥳 He made it all the way to the top and is feeling very proud of himself.

We recently had a customer reach out from Northern Ireland asking for a CoCo’s Palace delivery. Since it’s our busiest time of year, we unfortunately couldn't make the trip ourselves—but that didn't stop them!
They drove over to fetch it in person, we gave them a quick masterclass on the final assembly, and the rest is history. The build is officially complete, and the cat is "Palace-approved!" 🏰✨
